AMERICAN ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROGRAM (AELP)
INFORMATION and INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE FILLING OUT THE APPLICATION

This application form is to be completed by all prospective students wishing to enroll in the American English Language Program (AELP) at Northern Kentucky University. All requirements must be completed and on file before an admission letter can be issued.

Please note that a $50 application fee is required of all AELP applicants. You will receive an email shortly after submitting this application with instructions on how to pay.

Finally, before you begin this application, be sure that you have the following documents ready to upload, if applicable:

	If you will require an F-1 student visa:
	Photocopy of your passport
	If you are a Permanent Resident:
	Photocopy of your green card/resident alien card
	If you are in the country and hold any other visa type:
